Motion Engineering is well-known for helping industries with their machinery issues. Sinisa Petkovic, the Key Account Executive for CBC Malaga, recently shared how Motion Engineering was able to help an organic recycling plant in WA resolve an issue with their digester, ultimately saving the business a substantial amount of money.
The plant was experiencing issues with its digester, which is responsible for breaking down organic waste materials using microorganisms. This process produces a gas that can be used for energy and a solid material that can be used as fertiliser. With 16 bearings related to the digester, the recycling plant would have faced frequent replacements every 12-18 months, which could cost the business a lot of money. However, Motion Engineering’s solution helped the plant save money and optimize its machinery.
