The consequences of inadequate ventilation in the workplace can lead to serious health and safety risks for employees, which can negatively impact business operations. Studies conducted by SafeWork NSW have shown that poor air quality can significantly decrease employee productivity, while research has also suggested that proper ventilation can increase productivity by at least 25%.
